The platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate transactions, but all agreements and interactions between users are the responsibility of the users themselves. Goodsluck does not guarantee or warrant any transactions between users and disclaims responsibility for disputes arising from user interactions.
Requirements for User Accounts: To use the Goodsluck platform, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must ensure that your account details are up to date and reflect your current information.
Responsibilities for Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must immediately notify Goodsluck of any unauthorized use of your account.
Suspension or Termination of Accounts: Goodsluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if the user violates any part of this Agreement or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the platform’s integrity and community. Goodsluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if the user violates this Agreement or acts detrimentally. Users may appeal such decisions following the platform’s designated procedures.
Guidelines for User Conduct: Users are expected to engage respectfully with other users. You must not engage in harassment, threats, or any form of abusive behavior. The platform is meant to provide a safe and positive experience for all users.
Prohibited Activities and Content: Users may not post, sell, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. This includes counterfeit goods, scams, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any behavior or content that violates the terms of this Agreement. Reports will be reviewed by Goodsluck, and appropriate action will be taken, including account suspension or termination if necessary. Goodsluck will treat reports confidentially and take measures to protect users who report violations in good faith.

Consequences for Violating Age Restrictions: Accounts found to have been created in violation of the age requirement will be permanently disabled. Any activity or transactions conducted by underage users may be deemed void. Submitting false age information is a violation of this Agreement and may also result in legal liability.
User’s Rights to Content and Listings: Users retain ownership of all content, listings, and materials they upload to the platform. By posting content, however, users grant Goodsluck a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on or through the platform, solely for operational and promotional purposes.
User’s Obligation to Provide Accurate Information: Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering for an account, posting listings, or engaging in any platform activities. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
Responsibility for Actions on the Platform: Users are solely responsible for their conduct on the platform, including their transactions, interactions with others, and participation in community or randomization features. Violations of these Terms, or misuse of the platform, may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access, at Goodsluck’s discretion.
Reference to Privacy Policy: The collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by Goodsluck’s Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you also consent to the practices described therein.
Collection and Use of Personal Data: GGoodsluck collects personal information necessary to deliver its services, process transactions, ensure platform security, and enhance user experience. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, billing and shipping details, transaction history, and other relevant data voluntarily provided by you.

All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to the completion of a transaction.

Goodsluck is not liable for delays or losses caused by user error or third-party service failure during payment processing.
Submitting and Resolving Disputes: If a dispute arises between users, they are encouraged to first attempt to resolve it directly. If an agreement cannot be reached, the issue may be submitted to Goodsluck for mediation or resolved through our jury system.
Mediation and Jury System: Goodsluck may act as a neutral mediator to facilitate resolution. Alternatively, disputes may be resolved through a jury system, wherein randomly selected community members evaluate the case and determine the outcome. Jury decisions are final and binding.
Grounds for Account Suspension or Termination: Goodsluck may suspend or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these Terms or if the user engages in conduct harmful to the platform or its community.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, users will lose access to their accounts and all associated services. Any ongoing transactions or obligations must be resolved prior to account closure.
Appeals and Reinstatement: Users who believe their account was suspended or terminated in error may file an appeal. Goodsluck will review the case and determine whether to reinstate the account. This decision is final.
Changes to User Agreement: Goodsluck reserves the right to update or amend this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform and become effective immediately upon posting.
Notification of Changes: Users will be notified of any significant changes to the Agreement through email or through notifications on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
