By using the Goodsluck platform, you agree to the following responsibilities in relation to your user account:
Account Registration: Users must create an account to access and use the platform. During registration, users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. Users agree to notify Goodsluck immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account or any security breach.
Account Use: Users are responsible for all activities under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized. Goodsluck is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a user’s account due to user negligence.
Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws when using the platform. This includes laws regarding data protection, consumer rights, and other relevant regulations.

Account Termination: Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the platform’s account deactivation process. Goodsluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
4. Marketplace Operations
Goodsluck operates as a marketplace where users can buy, sell, and contribute to goods and services. The following guidelines outline the key aspects of how the marketplace functions:
Platform Features: Goodsluck provides a platform where users can list items for sale, contribute to listings, and participate in various features such as glitches, randomization, and contributions toward deals. Users can browse available items, place orders, and contribute toward purchases or sales through the platform’s functionality.
Listings and Sales: Users can create listings for goods or services they wish to sell. Listings must comply with Goodsluck’s policies and should accurately represent the item being sold. Once a listing is posted, other users can engage with it by purchasing or contributing toward the item. All sales transactions are handled through the platform, and payment is processed via Stripe.
Contributions and Glitches: Contributions are voluntary monetary payments or NPN participations that users can make to support a listing or item, either as part of the purchase price or as a donation toward a sale. These contributions may result in the awarding of "glitches," which are tokens that can be used within the platform for various purposes, such as boosting visibility or receiving rewards. Users must follow the guidelines for contributing to listings, and any misuse of glitches may result in penalties or account suspension.
Transaction Processing: All transactions, including sales, purchases, and contributions, are processed securely through Goodsluck's payment systems, primarily using Stripe for payment processing. Users agree to comply with all payment terms, including any processing fees, and acknowledge that Goodsluck is not responsible for issues related to third-party payment processing.
Randomization Feature: The platform uses community-based randomized contributor selection to determine outcomes such as who gains the right to close a deal or receives a platform reward. The use of randomization is an integral part of the platform and is designed to increase fairness and engagement. It is important to note that the use of randomization is not intended for gambling or chance-based games but as a transparent and equitable feature within the marketplace.
Prohibited Listings: Users must ensure that their listings comply with Goodsluck’s content guidelines. Listings promoting illegal goods, prohibited items, or any form of fraud or scam are strictly prohibited. Goodsluck reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
6. Randomization and Non-Gambling Policy
Goodsluck incorporates randomization as a key feature of the platform to enhance fairness, engagement, and user experience. This section clarifies how randomization is used and emphasizes that the platform is not a gambling service.
Disclaimer: Not a single line of our code influences the randomization process. We rely on the certified randomness of
Random.org to ensure full transparency and eliminate any room for speculation.
Randomization Feature: The platform utilizes randomization in specific aspects of transactions and activities, such as determining who can close a deal, who receives rewards, and the allocation of glitches. Randomization is designed to foster a sense of equity and excitement within the marketplace, ensuring that all users have a fair chance to participate and benefit based on their contributions or engagement.
Not a Gambling Platform: Goodsluck operates solely as a marketplace and does not offer any gambling services. The contributor selection processes are not based on speculative wagering or chance-based betting, and users do not risk money in hopes of uncertain gain. Instead, the platform’s randomization processes are intended to support marketplace activities, such as product visibility, contributions to sales, and deal closure. This use of randomization is fundamentally different from gambling, which involves the risk of loss and the chance of winning based on monetary stakes.
Contributions and Rewards: Randomization may be linked to contributions, such as users earning glitches for specific actions or participation. These actions are part of the marketplace experience and are not tied to a game of chance or luck. Glitches and rewards are non-monetary and serve to enhance user engagement and encourage marketplace interaction.
Clarification of Purpose: Goodsluck’s primary purpose is to facilitate transactions, allow users to contribute to deals, and foster a vibrant, engaging community. The randomization feature is a tool for ensuring fairness and transparency, not for creating speculative or chance-based opportunities. Users should understand that the platform’s activities do not rely on random outcomes to drive financial gain or risk.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users of Goodsluck are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and maintain a positive and fair environment within the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination, as well as potential legal action:
Illegal Goods and Services: Users may not list, sell, or attempt to exchange any illegal goods or services on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit products, stolen property, drugs, and any items that violate local, national, or international laws.
Fraudulent Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including misrepresenting the value or condition of products, providing false or misleading information during transactions, or attempting to scam other users in any way.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Users may not post or offer items for sale that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights. This includes unauthorized use of logos, images, designs, or any content owned by third parties.
Abusive or Harmful Behavior: Users may not engage in any behavior that harasses, intimidates, or threatens other users. This includes abusive language, personal attacks, or actions that disrupt the platform’s community atmosphere.
Spamming and Unsolicited Communications: Users may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements to other users. This includes promotional content or bulk messaging without the recipient’s consent.
Manipulation of Randomization: Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform’s randomized contributor selection or community-based outcome features in any way. This includes using automated bots, scripts, or other unfair methods to influence random outcomes or distort the fairness of platform features.
Money Laundering and Financial Crimes: Users must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activities. The platform takes a strict stance against illegal financial operations and will cooperate with authorities if necessary.
Unauthorized Access or Interference: Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform’s systems, networks, or user data, or interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
Goodsluck reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these terms and take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating user accounts and reporting illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
8. Disputes and Resolution
Goodsluck is committed to providing a fair and transparent platform for all users. In the event of a dispute between users or between a user and the platform, we strive to resolve issues efficiently and equitably. The following outlines the process for resolving disputes:
Dispute Resolution Process: If a user encounters a problem with another user or with a transaction, they should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the other party involved. Goodsluck encourages open communication to facilitate amicable resolutions.
Escalation to Goodsluck Support: If direct communication does not resolve the issue, users can contact Goodsluck’s customer support team. The support team will review the dispute and assist in reaching a resolution, which may include mediation or assistance in the exchange or refund process.
Role of the Jury System: In certain cases, disputes may be escalated to the platform's jury system. The selection process may also factor in user contributions to ensure that decisions are made by active, engaged members of the community. The jury will make a final decision, which will be binding on the parties involved.
Dispute Decision Criteria: The jury’s decision will be based on fairness, platform policies, and the circumstances surrounding the dispute. The jury is tasked with ensuring that all decisions uphold the principles of fairness and transparency.
Refunds and Reversals: If the dispute results in a valid refund claim, users may be entitled to a refund, provided the conditions for returns or refunds are met. All refund requests must follow the platform’s refund policies, and in some cases, the decision of the jury may dictate the terms of the refund.
Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by Goodsluck’s support team or the jury are final. Users acknowledge that once a decision is rendered, it cannot be appealed, except in cases where additional evidence becomes available that could significantly alter the outcome.
Legal Actions: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the platform’s internal processes, users may choose to pursue legal action in accordance with the governing law specified in Section 15 of this Agreement. Goodsluck is not responsible for any legal costs or actions outside of the platform’s dispute resolution mechanisms.
Goodsluck encourages all users to act in good faith and abide by the platform’s policies to avoid disputes. Our goal is to foster a respectful and fair environment for everyone involved.
9. Refunds and Returns Policy
Goodsluck strives to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all users. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or return is necessary. This section outlines our policy for refunds and returns:
Eligibility for Refunds: Users may be eligible for a refund if the transaction does not meet the agreed-upon terms, or if the item purchased is deemed defective or not as described in the listing. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our platform policies and the specific circumstances surrounding the transaction.
Return Process: If a return is required, users must contact Goodsluck support within 3 days of the purchase or transaction to initiate the return process. All returns must be accompanied by a valid reason, and users may be asked to provide supporting documentation or evidence to facilitate the return.
Refund Procedure: If a refund is granted, users will receive the refund through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will typically be processed within 3-14 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and other factors.
Refunds for Digital Items: As Goodsluck is primarily a marketplace for digital items, refunds for digital products may be subject to additional conditions. Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed by the user, it may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a clear issue with the item itself, such as technical problems or incorrect delivery.
Contributions and Glitches: Contributions made to the platform—whether monetary or Non-Purchase Necessary (NPN)—including glitches used for participation, are non-refundable. However, if an item is not sold or is deleted, all contributions (excluding NPN) are returned to users automatically. Once contributed, glitches cannot be returned or exchanged for monetary value, unless specifically stated in other sections of this agreement.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be explicitly marked as non-refundable or may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, as specified in the individual product listings or platform policies. Users should review these terms carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Disputes: If a user disagrees with a refund decision, they may request a review of the decision. Refund disputes will be handled through Goodsluck’s internal support and may involve the platform's jury system if necessary. The final decision regarding refunds will be made by the support team or jury, and users must accept the outcome.
Refund and Return Exceptions: Goodsluck reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases where the user has violated the platform's terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violations of marketplace policies.
By using Goodsluck’s services, users agree to comply with this Refunds and Returns Policy. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, ensuring a positive experience for all users on the platform.
